drink your greens

i know it's green...
but it's soooo good,
and so good for you!

here is my favorite little healthy recipe:
1/2 container of frozen white grape juice concentrate
a cup or so fresh or canned pineapple
two big handfuls of spinach
wedge of lime
lots of ice

blend together. drink. love.

  1. 1 cup of blueberries
    1 cup of fat free milk
    small hand full of almonds

    Blend together...

    So, good, love it..

    I am going to try yours...

    My fave is the green drink from Odwalla called Superfood.
    Drive to Costco
    Buy the two pack
    Drive home

    Some of my kids will drink it, others won't.. oh well more for me.. it has a ton of 'green stuff' in it.. :)
    spirulina, wheat grass, barley grass, jerusalem artichoke... I know.. sounds crazy but it has enough fruity stuff too...!

  4. Healthy Smoothie Recipe:
    1 cup of water
    1 scoop of Whey Protein
    1 Cup of Plain Yogurt
    2 Bananas
    1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil
    1 Scoop of Chia Seeds
    10 drops of liquid Stevia
    3 cups of frozen fruit (my favorite is blueberries)
    Blend and enjoy! Makes enough for three big glasses! My son drinks it everyday for help with ADHD, I drink it daily to help balance Hormones, and it also helps combat the bombardment of Electromagnetic Field Pollution and the damage it can do to our bodies!~Judy
