  1. This week is dedicated to my one and only furry friend whom I hold dear to my heart. My cat Riley. He never complains, he always greets me at the door when I come home, and he never talks back!

  2. I took time for love by leaving love notes for my husband each night. He works the graveyard shift and he said he looked forward to getting them each morning when he came home. He also made me a candlelight dinner....it was my first one....I loved it.

  3. I devoted a day to my husband. We went to lunch, talked, and hung out together. It was a nice way to show how much we meant to each other.

  4. My 5 year old daughter requested we show the birdies love....and we made pincone, peanut butter and birdseed treats for them. It was so much fun and I love my pages about it. ♥

  5. This week I took time to make several different layouts of some of the best memories my boyfriend and I have had in the last 5 years together. He is overseas for 8 months so when I was finished with the layouts I emailed them to him so he could use them as backgrounds on his computer.

  6. I made EXTRA large sugar cookies for my boys for their Valentine. My honey is out of work so we didn't have lots of green for Valentine's day. They loved it.

  7. I sat back and just enjoyed watching (and took some pictures) my 3 year old hug and kiss our 100 pound dog. Our dog is getting old and it was really sweet watching my little boy love on him.

  8. I took time this week to reorganize my digital photos. They just pile up and it gets chaotic! There's still more to do! But it was a step in the right direction!

  9. My take time for love this week was playing out in the yard with my almost 3 year old daughter. Her daddy came home from work as we were out there and she ran over to him to hug and kiss him. I captured it with my camera that picture is now my screensaver. craftyjac@yahoo.com

  10. My 9 year old told me he wanted to give a gift to his secret valentine,a girl in his class. We went to the store and got a little bear with a heart sweater and he put it in a bag with a notefrom your secret valentine. On valentines day my son asked another student to deliver the gift for him. But the classmate, not understanding the secret, said here this it is from Wyatt. Lexie, the valentine came up to my son and asked why he gave her the special gift? He said " Because I Love you." That is what I took time to appreciate this week... The innocence of young love.

  11. Ted and I live 3 hours apart and must travel Hwy. 26 over Mt. Hood to see one another. I drove over to his home for the pre-Valentine’s Day weekend since Valentine’s Day was on a Monday. We celebrated all weekend long with little gifts and gestures we’d Taken Time to thoughtfully plan: a special dessert, a wonderful dinner, an amazing back rub, a breakfast favorite, and other small gifts with very special meanings. Why do we seem to need a holiday to remind us to let the ones we care about so much know how we feel about them? This year I resolve to Take Time to let those I care about know how much they mean to me. =}
